Our Take

This is Trent's favorite new book of 2022.  Winkler details 100+ edibles mushrooms of the PNW including details about ID, tasting notes and fun comments throughout.

This book is a great reference for any mushroom forager looking to enlarge their game to some new species. I especially like to use it alongside Kuo's 100 Edible Mushrooms for research purposes.
