Your instructor, Trent Blizzard, is the co-founder of Modern Forager and author of Burn Morels – A Modern Forager’s Guide to Finding Mushrooms. He is a CDPHE certified Wild Mushroom Identification Expert. Based in Glenwood Springs, he hunts across the Western Slope with his wife Kristen and two dogs, Benzie and Lulu. While Trent won’t share his secret spots, he will teach Coloradans how to safely locate and pick their own gourmet mushrooms and hopefully develop their own secret spots.
