Our Original Modern Forager Mushroom Knife has the classic features mushroom hunters appreciate: a curved blade for cutting and working around mushroom stems, a handsome wood handle, and genuine boar-hair bristles for brushing away dirt and forest debris before your mushrooms reach the basket.

The blade locks securely in the open position and is intentionally not razor sharp. It's plenty sharp for cutting mushroom stems, while being better suited to the kind of hands-on work we do while moving through the woods.

The curved handle feels comfortable in your hand, and the built-in brush makes it easy to clean your harvest as you go—meaning less dirt in your basket and considerably less cleaning when you get home.
