Our Take

Over the last few years, this book has became our go-to reference for Colorado plant foraging.  It is well organized and highly usable, featuring over 100 edibles in alphabetical order.  Of course it is packed with useful tips for each edible: Identification, preservation, edibility, sustainability and more. In fact, we liked it so much we now use the whole regional series from Timberpress, each one written by a local expert, like Briana Wiles.
